Gina Kelley, M.AmSAT, E-RYT,  has been a mindfulness educator since 2002, and teaches both the Alexander Technique and Attune Yoga. With original training in vinyasa and hatha yoga, she brings an inter-disciplinary approach to her current offerings, incorporating intelligent alignment, yoga therapeutics, and somatic work inspired by Alexander Technique. She creates a welcoming and supportive environment for a diverse range of students in her yoga classes and in her private Alexander practice, with a focus on helping students find greater balance, ease, joy, and freedom in movement.

Gina is an AmSAT-certified Alexander Technique Teacher, having completed 1600 hours of training over 3 years. Her yoga education includes trainings in vinyasa yoga, yin and restorative yoga, and therapeutic benefits of yoga. She also holds a Master’s degree in public policy and social philosophy, and worked in non-profit management, program development and fundraising in Washington DC for over fifteen years. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia with her family.
