Attune Yoga & Movement, now in process of evolving into Embody Somatics Movement, is a unique movement practice created by Gina Kelley that integrates awareness and movement principles of the Alexander Technique with alignment-based yoga, somatic movement, and mindfulness. Classes begin in stillness and reflection, and build into rhythmic, intelligent flowing sequences that invite each participant to use skillful attention and embodiment cues to find optimal movement and potential. The practices are a safe and easy way to explore nervous system regulation.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP

The Embody Somatics Movement Library offers on-demand classes and short practices that you can access anytime, anywhere. These sessions support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and an ongoing relationship with your body’s natural intelligence.

Drop in for the month (starting with a free trial weekend) to learn some new self-regulation tools or stay connected for continued learning. Some prior experience with yoga or mind-body movement is encouraged. If you are new to this work, signing up for a 1:1 session may help you get started with more guidance.
